ACRONYCAL media was founded by Monica Petrascu in January 2007 –
the company is based on her experience of over 10 years of working
in design, art direction, publicity and publishing.
For almost 8 years Monica Petrascu was the Art Director of COSMOPOLITAN,
the most prestigious women's magazine in the world and the best seller
women's magazine in Romania. Today she is still in charge with
Cosmopolitan's brand extensions: COSMO Bride, All about Men,
Diets and Fitness etc. She was trained in New York by Hearst's
top specialists, who taught her the true values of design, aesthetics and brand.
During her 10 years experience in publishing, she has created original concepts for magazines,
brand awareness campaigns and offered complete design and publishing
solutions to both local and international clients.
